Functionally Gradient Lithium Disilicate CAD/CAM Blocks
Amber® Mill Direct is a pre-crystallized lithium disilicate block designed for chairside CAD/CAM restorations, enabling single-visit indirect restorations without a crystallization step. Its functionally graded microstructure (GLD Technology) provides a natural gradation of translucency and strength between the cervical and incisal/occlusal regions, reducing antagonist tooth wear while ensuring excellent marginal fit and high flexural strength (up to 355 MPa after glazing). The material can be simply milled and polished, OR milled and stained/glazed.

Amber® Mill is a lithium disilicate CAD/CAM block (and disk) offering superior machinability, strength, and esthetics for all-ceramic restorations. With a dense, crosslinked crystal structure, it reaches a biaxial flexural strength of 450 MPa after crystallization. The material ensures enhanced edge integrity, reduced chipping, and lifelike color gradients achieved through heat treatment, simplifying inventory management. Its natural opalescence and fluorescence replicate real teeth, delivering highly esthetic results.
